How Stretch & Tone can help you…

You will discover simple exercises suited to your level that will improve your strength, flexibility and posture. You will learn how to stretch properly and use your breathing to help you relax. You will be able to work around existing health conditions and injuries, with the support of a chair and ballet barre. You will be encouraged to work at your own level and focus on your own goals and achievements. You will be part of a friendly and supportive community.

It includes:
  • Access to one or two classes a week.
  • Access to a member only Facebook group where you can get direct support, accountability and inspiration.
  • All equipment provided so you don't have to buy anything specific in order to attend.
  • Unlimited access to Sam with your health, fitness, wellness and dance questions.
